Nate moved to Fort Collins, CO in 2001 and became a licensed Real Estate Professional in 2006. Prior to his time in Colorado, Nate spent the first eighteen years of his life in Kentucky - Go Wildcats! He developed a firm appreciation of work ethic from working on neighboring farms to support his academic move to Colorado. There, Nate pursued a degree in finance with a focus in Real Estate at Colorado State University. His education lead him to discover his passion for real estate through the purchase of his first home at age twenty.
